Tymetrix Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

TyMetrix 360 is a SaaS-based Enterprise Legal Management software solution that enables organizations to integrate and streamline virtually every dimension of managing legal matters, risk, and costs.

A user shares his experience on g2.com, "Tymetrix is not very user friendly. Searching for matters was dependant on knowing the specific matter number versus using the matter name or client name. It would have been helpful if when you logged on, that the matters could be searched by our firm's name. The password management feature was awful. Every time I logged on, I had to change my password. The password had to have so many characters and couldn't have been one that had been used in the last six months. It also had to have a mix of letter cases, numbers, and special characters. At a certain point, you run out of kid's names, pet names, and, then, can't remember the password. Admittedly, this is a first-world problem but where you're trying to be efficient with your time, it was very frustrating to have to go through the password reset process every time you logged on."

Software Engineer says

"Tymetrix was hiding the truth about how bad their platform really was....about to fall apart literally."

Client Service Manager (Current Employee) says

"This company presents its employees with many opportunities to develop and apply new skills in a variety of contexts. If you're looking to climb the corporate ladder and make new industry contact with experienced/knowledgeable/influential people, this company can provide that opportunity, granted you are a true self-starter with a purely independent drive to succeed and grow. You will generally not be trained to do anything that is vital to the success of your work. You will also not be compensated in accordance with the quality of your work or for the frequency of your successes; merit-based rewards are typically conveyed via the opportunity to take on more work, which should inform the company's above-mentioned "lots to learn" merit. This company will offer a solid benefits package. Pay is generally below industry average. Pay raises can be expected annually, but even the "large" increases are always very small, which is a hard-and-fast matter of corporate policy. They will always find new and more effective methods of penny-pinching, even when the company does exceedingly well, as it usually does.Don't expect to make your fortune here. Expect to work with some very bright people and to further your own career. Above all, expect to be "in it" for yourself, alone. While your coworkers will care enough to help as they can, the company will stay focused on itself and its revenue-building potential to the exclusion and detriment of its employees.benefits package, job stability, talented peoplelow pay, amorphous managerial structure, distracting and continuous workplace politics"

Client Care Director (Current Employee) says

"I learned a lot of new things at TyMetrix, and still continue to do so."

Consultant (Current Employee) says

"TyMetrix was a good place for me to work at. The knowledge that I was equipped with from other developers helped improve my programming skills considerably, in a short amount of time. Additionally I was blessed to work with middle managers who were knowledgeable and helpful. I have never worked with such a good team of middle managers in any previous position."
